Part-Time Client Advisor Role at Luxe Talent International

Luxe Talent International, a global recruitment and training consultancy focused on executive and mid-level management roles across the fashion, luxury, retail, food and beverage, hospitality, and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Part-Time Client Advisor.

In this role, you will embody the brand at the boutique, showcasing your expertise in luxury product sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Enhancing customer relationships and engagement
  • Achieving sales objectives and targets
  • Providing product knowledge training
  • Addressing after-sales inquiries and concerns

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the luxury sector is advantageous, though newcomers are welcome
  • Proficiency in both German and English; additional languages are beneficial
  • A genuine passion for client interaction and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to work across various locations
