Luxe Talent International, a global recruitment and training consultancy, specializes in job offers for executives and middle management in the fashion, luxury, retail, food and beverage, hospitality, and FMCG sectors. We are seeking a Part-Time Client Advisor (m/w/d) for a luxury brand in Hamburg.
The Client Advisor will represent the company at customer locations, be an expert in the sale of luxury goods, and be responsible for customer satisfaction and loyalty. They will work to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals set by their department and store.
- They will strengthen customer relationships and build them through excellent consultations.
- They will convince through individual CRM goals, comprehensive product and repair training, and shine in all customer interactions - from consultation to sales to small repairs on site.
- They will remain a professional point of contact for all topics related to after-sales even after leaving the store.
- They will be responsible for excellent handling of complaints, from receipt to communication with the responsible team to return to our customers.
Requirements for the Client Advisor:
- Experience in the luxury industry is desired, but newcomers are also welcome.
- Fluent in German and English, ideally additional language skills.
- The customer experience is important to you - you have a passion for client storytelling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and problem-solving competence
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Availability to work in Breuninger or in the boutique.
