Position Overview: Part-Time Client Advisor at Luxe Talent

Luxe Talent International, a global consultancy focused on recruitment and training for executive and mid-level roles in the fashion, luxury, retail, food and beverage, hospitality, and FMCG sectors, is currently looking for a Part-Time Client Advisor.

In this role, you will embody the brand at the boutique, showcasing your expertise in luxury merchandise sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Enhancing customer relationships and fostering loyalty
  • Achieving sales objectives and targets
  • Conducting product training sessions for staff and clients
  • Addressing after-sales inquiries and issues

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but we welcome candidates new to the industry
  • Proficiency in both German and English; additional languages are advantageous
  • A genuine passion for client interaction and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to work across various locations as needed
