Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Serve customers in accordance with the brand's sales ceremony and provide advice on general trends in the fashion world, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the products, as well as the brand's history and heritage, to provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Guarantee cross-selling and upselling for all product categories to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, using company tools (CRM), to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential customers.
- Business Development: Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the retail industry, with a preference for luxury retail.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in German and English language.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, relational skills, and a strong client-focused attitude.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients.
- Team Player: Team-player mentality, commercial awareness, and strong business acumen.
Offering:
- Salary: Up to €30,000 annual basic salary based on experience.
