Join Our Team as a Principal Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our Central Functions Practice Area, specifically the Organization Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing forward-looking, scalable, and innovative organizational models and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational design solutions that drive business growth and transformation
  • Lead project teams in creating project deliverables, including organizational assessments, recommendations, and project strategies
  • Enhance our consulting tools and content for Organization Design services
  • Oversee projects, project workstreams, or contribute to project tasks related to Organization Design, Organizational Development, Cultural Assessment, and Change Management
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
  • Professional experience in project management, organizational design, and change management
  • Exceptional project management abilities and strong analytical thinking skills
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German considered a plus
