Join Our Team as a Principal Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our Central Functions Practice Area, specifically the Organization Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients within the Allianz Group address strategic challenges and drive large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design forward-looking, scalable, and innovative organizational models and solutions, whether in the context of digital transformation, strategic realignments, or M&A initiatives
  • Create project deliverables, including organizational assessments, recommendations for optimal organizational structures, project strategies, cost estimates, and more
  • Continuously enhance specialized content and consulting tools for our Organization Design services
  • Depending on your level of seniority, oversee projects, project workstreams, or contribute to project tasks related to: Organization Design Organizational Development Cultural Assessment and Cultural Change Organizational Change Management, Project Training, and Project Communication People and Culture Strategy and HR Transformation
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
  • Professional experience that includes responsibility for project management and delivery within a leading consulting firm or in a role related to organizational design, organizational development, change management, or HR
  • Experience in conceptualizing solutions, planning implementation, and supporting changes in the domains of organization transformation, digitalization, and process improvement
  • Exceptional project management abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and proficiency with data tools
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German considered a plus
