Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fachexperten, der unsere Konstruktionstechnologie unterstützt und unsere Kunden mit innovativen Lösungen bedient.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Fachexperte für Bauwerkzeuge und -technologie wirst du unsere Kunden bei der Anwendung, dem Betreuen, dem Schulen und der Weiterentwicklung eigener und kommerzieller Construction IT-Systeme unterstützen.
  • Deine Hauptverantwortung liegt in der Anwendung, dem Betreuen, dem Schulen und der Weiterentwicklung eigener und kommerzieller Construction IT-Systeme aus Anwenderperspektive.
  • Der Schwerpunkt der Systeme liegt im Bereich Montageplanung, Subcontracting sowie Bau- und Montageausführung incl. Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsverfolgung, sowie der Prozess-Schnittstellen zu Engineering, Procurement und Logistik.
  • Sie betreuen im Schwerpunkt folgende Prozesse und unterstützende IT-Systeme:
  • Linde's Construction Management Plattform und der Anwendung in Materialverwaltung, Materialsteuerung, Fortschrittsüberwachung (Bau, Mechanical, E&l), Überwachung Rohrleitungsbau, Presskreismanagement, Schweißer- und Schweißnaht- Überwachung, QA/QC, Überwachung Tests und Inspektion auf Baustellen, Mängelbeseitigung, Plant Completion Management, 4D Unterstützung, Anwendung eigenentwickelter Mobiler App's
  • AVA System RIB iTWO zur Steuerung von Mengen, Kosten- und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • System zur Personaleinsatzplanung von Baustellenpersonal
  • Systeme zur Mengenermittlung von Bauleistungen
  • Sie arbeiten mit internen und externen Dienstleistern, anderen Fachabteilungen und Linde Engineering Niederlassungen im In- und Ausland zusammen.
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Hochschulabschluss in technischer, naturwissenschaftlicher oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung einschließlich Baustellenabwicklung im Bereich mechanische Montagen, Rohrleitungsbau, Schweißen und Material Management
  • Zusatzkenntnisse in den Gewerken Electrical & Instrumemtation oder Bau/Stahlbau oder Subcontracting sind von Vorteil
  • Sie verbinden Anwenderwissen mit anwenderbezogenen, vertieften IT-Kenntnissen im Umfeld Client Server, Datenbanken, SQL, Daten-analyse
  • Offenheit sich in diesem Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln ist eine Ihrer Stärken
  • Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis für Arbeitsprozesse, Analyse Fähigkeit und denken in Daten- und Prozessflüssen
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie reisen gerne
