We are currently in search of a skilled Business Development Manager to become a part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee designated client accounts, enhance profitability and expansion, and collaborate with international teams to fulfill strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and expand current business accounts
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects while coordinating with diverse teams
  • Lead the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and negotiate pricing structures
  • Engage in business strategy formulation and sustain client relationships
  • Adjust strategies in response to evolving market dynamics

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
  • A decade of experience within the automotive sector
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages
  • Exceptional technical sales and project management capabilities
  • Capacity to operate autonomously as well as within a global team framework
