Position Overview:

STF Gruppe is seeking a motivated (Junior) Technical Designer specializing in HLSK to enhance our team. In this position, you will engage in the planning of diverse large-scale projects within the realm of building technology, particularly focusing on HLSK systems. Your projects will encompass a variety of structures, including public facilities, educational institutions, residential complexes, office spaces, supermarkets, and hospitality venues.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team of over 60 professionals at STF Gruppe, with a significant portion specializing in technical building services planning. Your role will encompass involvement in all stages of the technical building services planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculations: Perform essential calculations for heating and cooling loads, drainage systems, water supply, and more to ascertain pipe dimensions, air velocities, and component specifications.
  • Planning: Develop detailed floor plans, schematics, and cross-sectional views utilizing software such as Mh-Software, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with electrical designers, project managers, and fellow team members on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in technical building services through internships or prior employment.
  • A degree in Engineering with a concentration in building services or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Revit or AutoCAD, along with bidding software.
  • Strong command of the German language.
