IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Rebel Recruiting. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft Client and Server infrastructure, as well as administering MS Office 365 architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Client and Server infrastructure
- Administer MS Office 365 architecture, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Maintain and support network infrastructure, including hardware and software components
- Coordinate IT security tasks with external service providers, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Create and update technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage MS Teams telephony and applications, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration
- Oversee data backups with Veeam, ensuring data integrity and recoverability
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical support and guidance
- Support IT projects as needed, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Manage assets and licenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements
- Relevant IT qualification, such as a degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in system administration, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies
- Project management skills, with experience in coordinating IT projects and initiatives
- Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V and storage solutions, with experience in designing and implementing virtualized environments
- Experience with cloud services such as Office 365, Azure, and AWS, with a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts
- Good communication and team collaboration skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Interest in emerging technologies, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and innovations
- Knowledge of information security standards, with experience in implementing and maintaining secure IT environments
- Fluency in German, with English proficiency a plus
