Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Rebel Recruiting. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft Client and Server infrastructure, as well as administering our MS Office 365 architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our Microsoft Client and Server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Network Administration: Administer and manage our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and data transfer.
- IT Security: Coordinate and monitor IT security-related topics with external service providers, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance.
- Dokumentation: Create and maintain documentation in accordance with established guidelines.
- MS Teams and Applications: Manage and support MS Teams telephony and various individual applications.
- Data Backup: Manage local data backups with Veeam.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external administrators, as well as service partners, to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- IT Projects: Plan and execute IT projects as needed.
- Asset and License Management: Manage asset and license management.
Requirements
- Education: Completed education as a computer scientist or equivalent qualification in the IT sector.
- Experience: Ideally 2-3 years of experience in system administration.
- Project Management: Experience in project management.
- Virtualization: Excellent knowledge of virtualization with Microsoft Hyper-V and Storage.
- Cloud Services: Experience in managing and administering cloud services, particularly Office 365, Azure, and AWS.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
- Technology Affinity: Interest in and knowledge of current and future technologies, as well as openness to new methods and work styles.
- Information Security: Ideally knowledge in the field of information security, ISO 27001, and KritisV.
- Teamwork: Service-oriented and reliable team player.
- Language Skills: Excellent German language skills and the ability to communicate in English when necessary.
