About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team at KROHNE Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our mail infrastructure, including cloud and on-prem environments, as well as mail security and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our mail infrastructure, including cloud and on-prem environments, to ensure seamless operation and high availability.
- Oversee the operation and development of our internal Windows Update infrastructure, ensuring timely updates and minimal downtime.
- Take ownership of and develop our internal global PKI infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable certificate management.
- Develop and maintain our cloud strategy, including associated tools such as Teams, PowerBi, and Sharepoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects and have the opportunity to lead international projects.
- Support the migration of systems and workloads to our data centers and Azure environment.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- For candidates with a non-IT background, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID.
- Extensive experience in managing on-prem resources, including virtualization (VM-Ware), Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Proficiency in mail archiving systems and mail security gateways.
- Excellent team and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
