IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated IT Systems Administrator to enhance our technological framework at KROHNE Group. This role involves overseeing and optimizing our mail systems, both cloud-based and on-premises, ensuring robust security measures and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the organization's mail infrastructure, focusing on security, workflow optimization, and archiving solutions.
- Develop and oversee the internal Windows update systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Administer and enhance the global Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to support secure communications.
- Drive the cloud strategy, leveraging tools such as Teams, PowerBi, and SharePoint to improve collaboration and productivity.
- Engage in various projects, with opportunities to lead initiatives in a diverse international setting.
- Facilitate the migration of systems and workloads to data centers and Azure environments.
- Possess a qualification in system integration or a related IT field, with approximately 3 years of relevant experience.
- For those transitioning into IT, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience is essential.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in managing Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID.
- Have extensive experience in managing on-premises resources, including virtualization (VM-Ware), Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of mail archiving systems and security gateways.
- Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, particularly in an international context.
