Job Title: Specialist Inbound

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Inbound to join our team in Leipzig. As a key member of our returns team, you will be responsible for leading a small support team and ensuring the efficient handling of returns and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small support team to ensure seamless returns and inventory management processes.
  • Communicate, analyze, document, and resolve clarification issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop solutions to system-related issues and improve work processes and quality standards.
  • Create and update work instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Accurately and efficiently handle issues, complete documentation, and collaborate with internal departments.
  • Control shipping documents and delivery note data, create goods receipts in the system, and allocate and post goods receipts.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners, including purchasing, finance, and forwarding agents.
  • Analyze price and quantity differences in commercial goods invoices and link them with goods receipts and crediting the GR/IR account.
  • Accurately and efficiently handle inquiries and issues, complete documentation, and collaborate with internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Commercial training or education in the logistics field.
  • Experience in inventory management and/or problem/error handling.
  • Confident handling of MS-Office (especially Excel) and inventory control systems.
  • Affinity for numbers and analytical skills.
  • Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
  • Very good German and good English skills.
  • Flexibility and hands-on mentality.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
