Job Title: Specialist Inbound
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Inbound to join our team in Leipzig. As a key member of our returns team, you will be responsible for leading a small support team and ensuring the efficient handling of returns and refunds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small support team to ensure seamless returns and refunds process
- Communicate, analyze, document, and resolve clarification issues
- Develop solutions to system-related issues and improve work processes
- Accurately and efficiently handle issues, complete documentation, and collaborate with departments
- Control shipping documents and delivery note data, create goods receipt in the system
- Allocate and post goods receipts, consider correct commercial invoices
- Communicate with internal and external partners (purchasing, finance, forwarding agents)
- Analyze price and quantity differences in commercial goods invoices
- Link commercial goods invoices with goods receipts and credit the GR/IR account as well as pre-accounting for accounting
- Accurately and efficiently handle inquiries and issues, complete documentation, and interdepartmental collaboration
Requirements:
- Commercial training or education in the logistics field
- Experience in inventory management and/or problem/error handling
- Confident handling of MS-Office (esp. Excel) and inventory control systems
- Affinity for numbers and analytical skills
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Very good German and good English skills
- Flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Willingness to work shifts
