Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Mytheresa. As a key member of our returns team, you will be responsible for leading a small support team and ensuring the efficient handling of returns and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small support team to ensure seamless returns and inventory management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to resolve clarification issues and develop solutions to system-related problems.
  • Improve work processes and quality standards to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Accurately and efficiently handle returns and inventory management tasks, including shipping documents and delivery note data.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to analyze price and quantity differences in commercial goods invoices.
  • Link commercial goods invoices with goods receipts and credit the GR/IR account, as well as pre-accounting for accounting.

Requirements

  • Commercial training or education in the logistics field.
  • Experience in inventory management and/or problem/error handling.
  • Confident handling of MS-Office (esp. Excel) and inventory control systems.
  • Affinity for numbers and analytical skills.
  • Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
  • Very good German and good English skills.
  • Flexibility and hands-on mentality.
  • Willingness to work shifts.
