We are on the lookout for innovative minds to revolutionize the IT landscape and establish Europe's premier IT Operating System.
deeploi was launched in 2023, backed by prominent European investors like Atomico and Cherry Ventures, aiming to transform IT operations.
IT as a Service – simplifying the experience: We are developing a comprehensive IT platform, paired with exceptional support. From user onboarding and offboarding to service management, cybersecurity, and device oversight – deeploi encompasses the full spectrum of a company's IT requirements.
YOUR MISSION- As a key member of our Operations & Strategy Team, you will autonomously spearhead significant projects for the organization, overseeing the design, planning, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- You will drive the automation and enhancement of processes, perpetually improving the productivity of the IT Operations and Support Teams.
- Beyond planning, you relish executing processes independently and engaging operationally, assisting clients with the technical deployment and effective use of deeploi.
- You will actively interact with clients, gathering insights to refine our offerings and better understand their requirements.
- You will collaborate closely with the IT Operations and Product Teams, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.
- You hold a Master's degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- You possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in startups or at a top-tier management consulting firm.
- You enjoy engaging with clients, demonstrating eloquence, openness, and empathy.
- You are solution-oriented, capable of working independently and systematically, with a sharp attention to detail.
- You challenge existing processes, pinpoint optimization and growth opportunities, and proactively implement innovative solutions.
- You exhibit a natural curiosity and consistently seek out inventive approaches and technical solutions.
- You have a strong technical foundation and are eager to deepen your expertise in IT, Mobile Device Management, and IT infrastructure.
- You are familiar with No-Code/Low-Code tools (e.g., Airtable, Make, Retool) and their application for process automation.
- Experience with Python, Javascript, or SQL is advantageous.
- You are a collaborative team player, an effective communicator, and enjoy supporting your colleagues with your knowledge.
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
