The Role

We're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team in Maintal - Frankfurt. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the Branch's Operations Supervisor, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs.
  • Prepare and clean our campervans to ensure they're in top condition.
  • Maintain our campervans, monitor maintenance needs, and perform repairs as required.
  • Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments efficiently.
  • Address complaints and troubleshoot emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car.
  • You're fluent in English (mandatory) and German is highly valued.
  • You're eligible to work in France, hold a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan.
  • You're available to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • You're a responsible individual who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
  • You're well-organized and skilled at solving problems.
