Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Safran Helicopter Engines Germany GmbH. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our managers and employees across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, create compelling job advertisements, conduct interviews, and prepare job offers.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Ensure the quality and integrity of HR data and KPIs, take ownership of monthly internal and external reporting responsibilities.
- Learning and Development: Create and budget the company's training plan, organize and coordinate internal, external, and e-learning training programs, and support managers in performance and career management processes.
- HRIS Management: Support the development and implementation of our new HRIS tool, manage user accounts within our actual HRIS systems.
- Project Management: Assist in the preparation and execution of Psychological Risk Assessments and Company surveys, coordinate Young Talent Pool program activities, and lead the Campus Committee.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to HR processes, support the HR Manager in additional strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum one year of human resource management experience, including internships.
- Fluent in English and French; German language skills are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to maintain integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI is a significant advantage.
