Pension Management Specialist

Job Description
As a Pension Management Specialist at SGS, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on pension-related matters to employees, HR team members, and external service providers across all SGS companies and their pension models.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for employees, HR team members, and external service providers for all pension-related matters
- Development and harmonization of complex pension regulations
- Monthly and annual administration of SGS's own pension plans with pension recipients
- Support and participation in HR projects (digitalization)
- Creation of employment contract documents (variable compensation)
Requirements
- Completed commercial education or degree (e.g., business administration)
- Several years of experience in the HR department, particularly in pension management
- Sound knowledge of tax and social security law, labor law, and pension strengthening law in the context of pension management
- Good knowledge of systems such as Workday and digital personnel file software
- Fluent German and very good English skills (C1 level)
