We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Founder's Associate Intern to join our team at ONIBAR. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our founders in various strategic projects, with a focus on operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support key operational projects to prepare for scaling
  • Analyze data and create reports to drive decision-making
  • Streamline and document operational processes
  • Contribute to store optimization initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of new store openings
  • Collaborate on various cross-functional projects as needed
  • Participate in strategic discussions and provide valuable insights
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness to get hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Fluent in English & German
  • Ability to commit to a 3-6 month internship
  • Passion for the food industry and startup environment
