Your Role:
- Formulate a commercial strategy aligned with the business objectives and revenue targets for your designated hotels.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to establish sales goals.
- Oversee and coordinate sales objectives, implementing necessary actions to achieve them.
- Inspire and lead your sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Develop budgets that correspond with action plans across various business sources and markets.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings and present your region alongside Revenue Management.
- Maintain close relationships with hotel General Managers.
- Represent and uphold the Meliá Hotels International brand.
- Work in tandem with our marketing team.
- Report directly to the Sales VP at our headquarters.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in both German and English; Spanish knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong passion for your work, excellent communication skills, and a love for customer interaction.
- Enjoy working with data and possess analytical capabilities.
- Ability to view the team as a cohesive unit while addressing individual strengths and needs.
- Familiarity with the market landscape.
