Sales Director for Large IT/Software Implementation

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to join our team at Manhattan Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales plan, primarily in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales plan, including market development and account sales strategies.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, resource coordination, and sales closure.
  • Drive business process improvement and delivery, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of success in IT/software implementation.
  • Fluent in German and English, with Dutch a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent through business experience.
  • Experience working with WMS, Omni Channel, or TMS.
