Job Overview:

Applied Medical is a leading medical device company focused on improving patient outcomes and surgical techniques. We are seeking a Territory Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, surgical staff, and hospital decision-makers
  • Manage existing customer relationships and acquire new clients through strategic business development
  • Provide product support and training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively utilize our medical devices
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Organize educational events and participate in business planning to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Coordinate with customer service to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and orders
  • Attend company meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the medical industry, with a strong understanding of medical products and their applications
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets
