Territory Sales Manager ENT

About the Role

Olympus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager ENT to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the northern region of Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the designated territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to position our products effectively
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including planning and executing customer visits
  • Manage and analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate technical offers and manage contract negotiations
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and hospitality events for medical professionals
  • Collaborate with product management, territory managers, and area sales managers to drive sales growth
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in a commercial, technical, or medical field
  • Proven sales experience in complex products, preferably in the medical industry
  • Strong knowledge of medical products and solutions
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in complex products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, plan, and organize effectively
  • High level of customer, service, and sales orientation
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
