Job Title: Territory Sales Representative for ENT Products

About Us:
Olympus, a leading medical industry company, is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and products to healthcare professionals. We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales of our ENT (Ear-Nose-Throat) products in the northern half of Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with medical professionals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to position our products successfully and increase sales in the specified region
- Sell our ENT sector products
- Manage existing customer relationships and acquire new customers, including visit planning and follow-up
- Achieve sales targets set for the sales area
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Build technical knowledge and expertise
- Analyze customer requirements to provide the best technical solutions
- Prepare and negotiate customized offers based on customer needs and manage contract negotiations
- Demonstrate our ENT products, organize product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Support medical professionals with training and education sessions
- Work closely with product management, Territory Managers, and Area Sales Managers from other business areas
- Participate in trade shows and congresses

Requirements:
- Degree or training in business, technical, or medical field
- Previous experience in selling complex products is preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical products and solutions
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience with complex products
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of the product portfolio and/or market and competition knowledge in the ENT sector is desirable
- Enjoy sales and building relationships within the industry
- Highly motivated and performance-driven
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Independent work style with excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in German and good English skills
- Proficient in Office applications and CRM systems
- High willingness to travel, including overnight stays within the sales area
