Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team in Germany. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the Germany Product Development & Innovation calendar against the ambitious 5-year growth plan.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement product development strategies to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Brand Innovation, Sales, and Operations, to ensure innovative and continuous pipeline of new products.
- Lead the development of new products, including formulation, processing, and packaging, to meet customer expectations and sustainability targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in product development and innovation, with a strong track record of delivering successful product launches.
- Commercial awareness of how innovation contributes to customer experience and purchase decision making.
- Ability to drive results through clear communication and seasoned influencing skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global team and working across cultures and geographies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and inspire change, efficiencies, and continuous improvement within a commercial environment.
