Job Title: Principal Account Manager, Field Sales

Job Summary:

Analog Devices is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Account Manager to join our team in North Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers in the region, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities for Analog Devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base in North Germany.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with key customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Analog Devices' products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in German and English language.
  • Ability to travel 2-3 days per week, with occasional overnight stays.
