Key Responsibilities
As a Cloud Solutions Development Architect/(Senior) Developer (f/m/d) within the CLM Application Management Team, you will be responsible for executing SAP's Cloud strategy with excellence. Your role will involve utilizing cutting-edge technology to develop microservices and managing the complete development lifecycle, which includes engaging with our internal stakeholders to gather requirements, designing, architecting, implementing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
The mission of the CLM Application Management Team is to deliver the premier cloud-based solution for operating SAP's cloud, utilizing a suite of cloud-native microservices built with the latest technologies. We are seeking a dedicated Cloud Solutions Development Architect/(Senior) Developer (f/m/d) to enhance our team and support SAP's growth in the cloud.
Your Role
In your capacity as a Cloud Solutions Development Architect/(Senior) Developer (f/m/d), you will collaborate with international colleagues on various development projects, engaging in the following activities:
- Design and implement innovative and sustainable solutions for cloud operations, employing test-driven methodologies.
- Streamline and enhance existing processes and code. Conduct agile prototyping to determine the most suitable solutions for cloud operations. Develop Fiori UIs and APIs in a model-driven manner.
- Master the complete technology stack, from user interface to backend and database.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming.
- Advanced programming skills in an object-oriented programming language.
- Strong understanding of design patterns.
- Familiarity with ABAP and RAP is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Fiori/Fiori Elements is a plus.
- Experience with SQL, HTML5, and/or JavaScript is beneficial.
- Background in test-driven and model-driven development is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in agile development/SCRUM is a plus.
- A collaborative team player is essential.
