About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team at ZEAL Network SE. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for creating best-in-class creative assets for our brands, including LOTTO24, Tipp24, and Freiheit+.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop effective visual and creative concepts for digital channels, including Social ads, onsite teasers, newsletter designs, display formats, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with brand teams and external creatives/agencies to develop cross-channel branding and sales campaigns.
- Consult stakeholders on visually communicating brand messages and call-to-actions for maximum effectiveness.
- Present and communicate creative concepts and ideas as well as visual solutions in the team.
- Support corporate and employer branding activities for ZEAL and LOTTO24 in close collaboration with our People & Culture team.
Requirements
- Multi-year experience as an Art Director or Creative Director Art, either on agency- or client-side.
- Strong background in Social Media as well as other relevant digital channels and extensive knowledge about key ad formats.
- Proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ideally in Figma as well.
- Ability to create motion graphics and print designs.
- Fluency in German and English.
