We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team at oktopods Agency GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process, guiding the creative team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver innovative and effective creative solutions
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with our clients' business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay ahead of design and cultural trends to ensure our creative output remains cutting-edge
- Extensive experience in creative leadership, preferably within a creative or advertising agency
- A deep understanding of branding, design, and storytelling across various platforms
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work across a variety of mediums
