Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to spearhead the growth of our Brand Experience offerings. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying new market opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue generation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends and potential partnerships within the Brand Experience sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base, focusing on agencies, corporations, and event organizers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, presenting compelling proposals that showcase Uniplan's expertise in brand activation and experiential marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with project management and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional client experiences.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize our business development strategies.
Your Profile

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in business development within the marketing or agency landscape.

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of integrated marketing communications and brand strategy.
  • Possess exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a passion for building lasting relationships.
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
