Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate User Experience Designer to join our interdisciplinary production team. As a User Experience Designer - Innovation Strategist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing user-centered design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement user experience design strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead conceptual topics in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes for various digital products.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to advocate for product value and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and translate them into product strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user experience decisions align with design, development, and business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher, Creative Strategist, or in a similar position.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment.
  • Experience with spatial UX in 3D contexts, such as Mixed Reality Apps or WebGL websites.
  • Ability to create UI guidelines and participate in Design Sprints.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
