At Dow Jones, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our Business Intelligence team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all renewal aspects of our relationships with a defined set of customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a retention strategy for assigned strategic accounts
- Provide regular reports to management highlighting high-risk renewal accounts and proposed strategies for turnaround
- Ensure customer training and product utilization through collaboration with the Product Training Specialist team and monitoring internal reports
- Oversee the renewal lifecycle, from pricing and contracting to invoicing and client support
- Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize customer return on investment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including decision-makers and business groups
- Identify opportunities for increased revenue within assigned accounts through up-selling and cross-selling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our systems
- 1+ years of experience in customer engagement or sales
- Proficient in German and English
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive
- Bachelor's degree preferred
