Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Letting Manager to join our team at Grand City Property. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for managing the entire leasing process, from initial contact and viewings to contract negotiation and post-lease administration.
Key Responsibilities- Lease Administration: Manage the entire leasing process, including initial contact, viewings, contract negotiation, and post-lease administration.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality results.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties and attract new clients.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Education and Qualifications: Immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Experience: Berufserfahrung in der erfolgreichen Vermietung von Gewerbeimmobilien.
- Skills and Abilities: Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, Eigeninitiative, Kundenorientierung, Sozialkompetenz, Akquisitions- und Verhandlungsgeschick, gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Zeitmanagement.
- Language Skills: Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
