Business Development Graduate ProgramOur 18-month Business Development Graduate Program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the consulting industry. As a Business Development Graduate, you'll take ownership of our business growth by winning over and developing your own book of business, as well as running your own projects with top-tier clients and consultants.
Program Highlights- Business Development Trainee: Learn the ins and outs of the consulting industry, develop relationships with consultants, and practice effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Development Coordinator: Collaborate with our Business Development team on project management and stakeholder engagement, supervising the matching process from start to finish.
- Business Development Associate: Take ownership of business growth, win and develop clients, and run your own projects with top-tier clients and consultants.
- And Beyond: You have the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee with us at Consultport and continue your journey with us.

- Education: Recently graduated (less than 18 months ago) or about to graduate (latest 2025) from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field, with outstanding academic records.
- Passion: A passion for start-ups and a desire to prepare for your adventure down the road.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills that you use to break down problems and excel at connecting topics from many domains.
- Experience: Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales, or in start-ups).
- Language: Fluency in English is a must, German or French is very nice to have.
- Compensation: All of our trainees are paid, and each stage comes with a pay raise.
- Development: Receive support in your self-development (regular feedback and coaching sessions, access to personal development material, startup presentations, and networking events).
