Aktiver Vertrieb von Standardproduktlizenzen aus dem MARZIPAN-Portfolio, Akquise von Neukunden und Entwicklung von Bestandskunden. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Experten aus Produktbereich und Consulting, um Kundenbedürfnisse gezielt zu identifizieren und in operative Vertriebsaktivitäten umzusetzen. Eigenverantwortliche Angebotserstellung und operative Umsetzung entlang des Akquise-Prozesses von der Anbahnung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Verantwortung für eigene Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele. Planung und Durchführung von Verkaufsinitiativen, einschließlich Kampagnen und Webseminaren.

Ihr Profil

Praxiserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise von erklärungsbedürftiger B2B Standardsoftware. Ausgeprägtes Interesse am Business-Kontext unserer Software MARZIPAN und den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden. Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationsgeschick und Kooperationskompetenz. Hohe Eigenmotivation, Zielorientierung, Gründlichkeit und Hartnäckigkeit in der Umsetzung von Vertriebsinitiativen. Kompetenz im Aufbau belastbarer Netzwerke und professionelles Auftreten. Offenheit für innovative Ansätze und Methoden wie Design Thinking im Vertrieb.
