About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Digital Experience Strategist to join our team in Karlsruhe, Germany.
As a Digital Experience Strategist, you'll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our clients' digital user experience.
You'll work closely with our content, paid advertising, SEO, and experience teams to develop innovative strategies for complex client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product portfolio for Total Experience solutions and establish diva-e as a thought leader in this area.
- Develop and implement customer-centric go-to-market strategies for our Total Experience (TX) services.
- Act as the internal evangelist for Total Experience and promote its benefits to the team.
- Position Total Experience as a solution for effective customer engagement and experience optimization through a combination of DXP and Martech technologies.
- Represent diva-e at pitches, client meetings, and events to position the company as a market leader in CX and Total Experience.
- Identify market trends and analyze customer feedback to optimize our portfolio.
- Support sales and customer success management in creating proposals and presentations, working closely with clients to understand their needs and find suitable solutions.
Requirements
- You're a team player with a passion for digital products and services, customer experience, digital growth, or full-funnel marketing.
- You have experience in product management, product marketing, sales, or consulting with a strong track record of delivering results.
- You're a creative problem-solver with excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently.
- You're a strategic thinker with a growth mindset, able to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
- You're fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
