Key Responsibilities

As a working student, you will ideally engage with us for over six months, actively assisting the training department in executing a broad spectrum of activities. Following an initial training phase, you will assume responsibilities in several key areas:

  • Organizational Support: Familiarize yourself with our training operations and assist with various administrative and operational tasks.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Learn to coordinate informational events and support applicant management, including the onboarding process for vocational training students.
  • Marketing Coordination: Gain insights into our marketing initiatives, including social media engagement, and help organize and follow up on events such as student gatherings, informational sessions, trade fairs, and special programs.
  • Process Innovation: Contribute to automating processes to streamline organizational and administrative tasks, utilizing tools like Microsoft Power Automate, and develop templates for standardized training procedures.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to connect with numerous dual students and apprentices, and if interested, you can also participate in your own projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences for at least six more months, preferably longer.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a general interest in IT topics being advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, along with flexibility and discretion.

About Your Team

The SAP training department in Germany comprises over 600 dual students and apprentices, with a global total exceeding 1500. At the Berlin-Potsdam site, approximately 30 Bachelor's students from HWR are supervised by a dedicated Vocational Training manager based in Potsdam.

In addition to your cover letter, please include a CV in tabular format, a current transcript of records, and a valid certificate of enrollment. Your application should also contain copies of mid-term reports, school-leaving certificates, and any available work references (internships) as attachments. Kindly describe your experience and knowledge of foreign languages and computer programs or programming languages.
