Wir suchen eine engagierte und organisierte Person, die sich für die Verwaltung und den Service in unserem Büro interessiert.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Die allgemeine Büroorganisation und Verwaltungstätigkeiten durchführen, wie z.B. die Verwaltung von Dokumenten, die Koordination von Terminen und die Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
  • Den Empfang und Serviceleistungen für Kunden, Gäste und Lieferanten anbieten, wie z.B. die An- und Abmeldung, die Ausweiserstellung und die Bereitstellung von Informationen.
  • Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter am Standort fungieren und verschiedene administrative und organisatorische Belange bearbeiten.
  • Die organisatorische Vorbereitung von Meetings und Terminabstimmung und -koordinierung durchführen.
  • Office-Programme wie Excel, Word und andere beherrschen und diverse Schreibtätigkeiten wie Protokolle, Listenverwaltung und Berichte durchführen.
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
  • Verbindlicher und offener Umgang mit anderen Menschen, kombiniert mit positiver Ausstrahlung.
  • Serviceorientierter, selbständiger Arbeitsstil mit Hands-On-Mentalität.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Improvisationstalent und Multitasking-Fähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Eigeninitiative, effektive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse.
