Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled 24x7 Service Monitoring and Control Specialist to join our IT Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving IT incidents, as well as providing critical support to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze IT incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide critical support to business operations during major incidents and outages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge bases and documentation to improve incident resolution processes
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24x7 support
Requirements
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent German and English language skills
