SAP TM/EWM Solutions Architect

About the Role

Covestro is seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Engineer to join our Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the modernisation of our SAP landscape with a focus on S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess business requirements for technical and functional feasibility and suitability in relation to our IT strategy
  • Design and implement new functionalities and solutions, including testing and communication with stakeholders
  • Manage implementation projects with local, regional, or global scope
  • Resolve complex support tickets using expertise in SAP TM and EWM
  • Manage external service partners for compliance with project results and Covestro knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with market solutions and IT trends in the task area and share knowledge with the team
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and flexibility (Covestro's C3 values)
Requirements
  • Technical or university degree in computer science/business informatics or comparable qualification
  • Sound experience in SAP TM and EWM technologies
  • Excellent functional and procedural knowledge in logistics processes, including MM, SD, and GTS
  • Project management experience and leadership skills
  • Structured and methodical problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in flexible and agile teams with analytical and strategic skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
