About the Role

Covestro is seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Engineer to join our team, focusing on SAP TM/EWM. As a key member of our Logistics team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the modernisation of our SAP landscape, with a strong emphasis on S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess business requirements for technical and functional feasibility, ensuring alignment with our IT strategy.
  • Design and implement new functionalities, including testing and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage implementation projects with local, regional, or global scope, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex support tickets.
  • Collaborate with external service partners to ensure compliance with project results and Covestro knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with market solutions and IT trends, sharing your knowledge with the team.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and flexibility, embodying Covestro's C3 values.
Requirements
  • Technical or university degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience in SAP TM and SAP EWM technologies.
  • Strong functional and procedural knowledge in logistics processes, including MM, SD, and GTS.
  • Project management experience and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Experience working in flexible and agile teams, with outstanding communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
