About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Banking & Regulation team as a Regulatory Reporting Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our daily work on regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in their daily work on regulatory reporting requirements, including EMIR, CFTC, and REMIT.
- Verify and process incoming invoices, ensuring accurate and timely settlement.
- Process existing reporting structures for reporting obligations to national and international regulatory authorities.
- Interact with internal interfaces and counterparties to ensure seamless communication.
- Document and maintain processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration or a comparable field.
- Strong interest in energy trading and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of German and English languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Energy-specific knowledge and experience.
- Data analysis skills.
