About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Tech Lead to relocate to Malta and help grow a new developer hub from the ground up. As a Hub Manager & OutSystems Tech Lead, you will lead and train teams of OutSystems developers, manage technology projects, and solve complex business questions with data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train teams of OutSystems developers
  • Manage technology projects and problem-solving solutions
  • Solve complex business questions with data
  • Drive software engineering lifecycle best practices
  • Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an OutSystems Tech Lead with client-facing experience
  • At least 7 years of software development/software design and infrastructure architecture experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing and training teams of OutSystems developers
  • Demonstrated strategic and management skills
  • Proficiency with at least one programming language: PHP, C#, or Java
  • Proficiency in web-based languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML
