About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Tech Lead to join our team as a Hub Manager & OutSystems Tech Lead in Malta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and training teams of OutSystems developers, managing technology projects, and driving software engineering lifecycle best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train teams of OutSystems developers to enhance their technical capabilities and increase productivity
  • Manage technology projects and problem-solve solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive software engineering lifecycle best practices and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions and drive innovation
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the developer hub and improve team performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an OutSystems Tech Lead with client-facing experience and at least 7 years of software development/software design and infrastructure architecture experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing and training teams of OutSystems developers
  • Demonstrated strategic and management skills, with a proven track record of driving projects to completion under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in web-based languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and proficiency in at least one programming language: PHP, C#, or Java
  • OutSystems development experience and certifications are a plus
