About the Global Portable Security (GPS) Division

The Global Portable Security (GPS) unit encompasses renowned brands such as AXA, Trelock, and Kryptonite. This division aims to leverage the collective strength of these brands to deliver cutting-edge security solutions tailored for cyclists and homeowners.

Position Overview

In the DACH region, maintaining strong customer relationships is crucial for our success. We are seeking an OEM Account Manager who embodies a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

The OEM Account Manager will collaborate closely with the OEM Sales Manager for the DACH region, focusing on developing and implementing growth strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance OEM sales, particularly with existing clients. Utilizing your market insights and customer relationships, you will contribute valuable feedback to our product management and engineering teams to foster the development of new or customized products.

You will report directly to the Global OEM Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer satisfaction continuously (NPS).
  • Drive profitable growth in the DACH region by maximizing existing market share and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Secure lock and light specifications with current customers.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with customer service, marketing, and back-office support functions including finance and supply chain.
  • Contribute to and monitor the Annual Operating Plan, margin objectives, and forecasts.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities, maintaining regular communication with customer service teams.
  • Provide monthly reports on account plans, revenue forecasts, and activities aligned with our objectives.

Qualifications

  • A university degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within the bicycle industry in a comparable organization.
  • A proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks effectively and close deals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams and motivate others.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
