About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Kreiskliniken Reutlingen GmbH. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of procurement processes, from tendering to contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and issue tender documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts
  • Manage procurement databases and maintain accurate records of procurement activities
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement-related matters
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in procurement laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
