Anemia Nurse Specialist

Our client, a European pharmaceutical company with subsidiaries in other European countries and the USA, develops, manufactures, and markets medications for the treatment of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia in humans. The company also has extensive expertise in developing and producing advanced hydrocarbons for pharmaceutical and technical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- You are responsible for planning and implementing non-promotional training events in clinics, MVZs, and doctor's offices to educate healthcare professionals about the indication of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia and their effective treatment through intravenous iron administration.
- You identify potential initiatives to improve patient care and the approach to improving local treatment guidelines.
- You establish a network with healthcare professionals and anemia specialist nurses to promote and further develop the importance of this critical therapeutic area.
- You are responsible for preparing and conducting presentations, training sessions, and workshops for internal and external customers.
- You work closely with the Medical Science Liaison team and the field team.
- You support colleagues in the field with technical expertise.
- You ensure compliance with external and internal guidelines and regulations, particularly those related to pharmaceutical safety, pharmacovigilance, and compliance.
Requirements
- You hold a completed education as a healthcare professional.
- You have several years of experience in therapy with prescription-only infusion preparations.
- You are communicative, have high social competence and empathy, and have excellent presentation skills.
- You are also willing to travel to be the direct point of contact for questions related to infusion therapy on site.
