About the Role:

This is a high-impact sales position that requires a proven track record of success in new business SaaS sales. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving net new, recurring revenue from our largest mid-market customers in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to fill your pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Solution Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Partnerships, to support sales activities.
  • Guide prospects through their evaluation process, influencing decision criteria and supporting business case development.
  • Play a crucial role in up-leveling yourself, your AE and SDR colleagues, and the entire sales organization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in new business SaaS sales.
  • Knowledge of complex software buying processes, including handling larger buying centers in companies with over 500 employees.
  • Excellent qualification skills to create a need to act on a functional (HR) and company level.
  • Ability to build and action territory plans and see SDR counterparts as valuable resources.
  • High intrinsic motivation to continuously challenge yourself to become better every single day.
  • Hunter by heart, proactive in seeking ways to overachieve against targets.
  • Native German speaker (or equivalent C2 level) and fluent in English (business language).
